"The tank was at that time when for maintenance purposes it needed to be drained. With lockdown and some family returning home, the system was getting more of a workout. I called (Wed) and they were able to set an appointment for me the next time they were in my area (following Mon). I was scheduled for the 2nd stop, but unfortunately, due to an emergency call, I was bumped to the following slot. Upon arrival, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was set up and underway shortly after arriving. The process and clean up were effortless on my part, the technician took care of everything. "I've used their service three times. The service they provide can't be beat. The first time I used them was after hurricane Irma when my pump head (I think that's what it was called) stopped working and the house started to flood. The septic water was not being sucked out the septic tank into the drain field causing sewage/water to build up and back up into our house. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and since the part I needed would not be available until the next day (Saturday) they pumped out the the septic tank given us the ability to use our water without it flooding for the night since by pumping out the septic tank it would have more space available to store waste. The next day they came out and installed a new pump. Everything worked perfectly thereafter. The second time they came out was because our water was backing up again which was about a year later. We were concerned since we just had the pump fixed. They came out the same day to access the problem; come to find out the switch to the pump had been accidently knocked into the off possition - probably by the lawn guys we hired. So he flipped back the switch and it started pumping and everything was well. We did feel a little silly. But everytime they respond to our calls we learn something new about having a septic tank. (By the way we are first time home buyers.) The next time they came out we had another leak which we later found out had nothing to do with the septic tank and the plumber who came out quickly isolated the problem. This time it was due to a leak in our shower from someone who had recently remolded our bathroom. They didn't even charge us the third time because they never had to dig which was a relief! So this time we got insurance involved and got our bathroom repaired, we needed a new shower pan liner, and now we are hopefully done with leaks. Ooh the joys of buying a new/old house. I am very grateful for Rooter One they are the best!!! I will always hire them for my plumbing needs and septic pump out. Love Love ❤️ their team."

"they filled in the old septic tank and took out two citrus trees . We finnally decided we didn't need a saw to cut them just strength to carry them to the front . It is still rocky where they filled it in and we haven't planted grass. we may need some good black dirt . too bad that wasn't in with the project . the sand is rocky so not really sure. The once a year treatment, we will oi call , I am glad it only took a day. there was something stuck in the pipes because would have put this project off for a while but found out after.he said c and c would be there but we called . because toilet wouldn't flush at all. after they put septic"
