"They are actually the parent company of H2O Maestro. We have preferred customer service maintenance with them. They usually call me whenever it is time to check the vents and filters. They come out and do an annual check of all the systems and make sure that there are no potential hazards happening or leaks or whatever. If they find something during their service they fix it as part of their inspection. They are very good. I don’t have time to think about my heating. They are wonderful what they do for me. They call me. It is such a worry free thing and it is not that expensive. I don’t remember what their yearly rate is. But I know it is totally worth it to know that everything is functioning properly. They are very professional. They wear their little red bootees on. They don’t wear their shoes on when they are at my house. The last time when they came to fix something they noticed that our pet that has been living in the unit outside had been chewing at the wires. So before he did anything he came back in and told me what was going on before he even touched it. If something does happen like when we flushed the urinal it leaked down the wall. So I called them and they put it up on the top of the list for the next available plumber since we have their service. We would continue to use their service in the future."
