"we had multiple projects to get done, and Patrick called very soon after i posted the request. Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. Professional, courteous, friendly, took extra time to explain everything they were doing. Everything was perfect and the price was extremely fair. also a 3 year warranty on their labor! we have found our new go-to plumbers! thanks to the entire crew! had 3 workers including Patrick! awesome job guys!! thank you!"

"We were having problems with air in are water lines. I called Smyrna well service, Wes came to the house on a Sunday and explained the different possible problems. He was very knowledgeable, keeping every explanation in layman's terms. Got the system back up Sunday and will call when needed in the future. Highly recommended!"

"They called to set up appt. and were very courteous and professional. The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind.
