So reviews,reviews is what I based my decision. From the time Steve Called saying sending a crew. And there shop is on the other side of town. They came pumped cleaned fixed clogged filter within 2.5 hours of Steve telling me on the way. Great crew knowledgeable quick. Paid what was quoted. And learned a little about my septic tank. Would recommend and will be who I call next time in need."

It's a 1,000 gallon tank and about 90% full. Didn't know that they would have to use a Backhoe to dig down to the Concrete Tank to gain access for pumping. As professional as these young men were I followed along with confidence. They told me what to expect ever step of the way. As they were almost finished they noticed a potential problem with the opening to the Drain Field. Both spent over an hour or more gaining access to the second opening on the far side from which they pumped. In the end they finished up and I offered a Tip of which Caleb refused.
