"The technician, Jeremy, was very professional and did an excellent job. When he ran into some complications he handled with the best results possible for me the customer. I recommend him highly."

"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. Fantastic company to work with; I highly recommend!"

"He has been fantastic! Whatever he says he will get done, he does. He takes care of all the permits and it has been a great experience overall."

"I hired a different business outside of HomeAdvisor"

"The gentleman was very experienced for what he was doing, he was very good and polite. When he was done he showed me what was done and how the sprayer worked. Cleaned up the sink and under the counter very good, and returned things the way it was. Thank you very much."
