"Communication - Excellent! Matthew was prompt and courteous in staying in touch regarding appointment time and arrival time. Price - Competitive and transparent. I asked for an "on the rim out the door" price with no last minute pitches for things that should be part of the service. Price was as quoted to pump, clean filter and inspect. I did opt for a bacterial additive that I was NOT pressured into purchasing. I just figured if it made any difference in keeping the drain field from having issues it was well worth it. Included three-year monthly additive supply. Quality of Work - extra careful to check for water line into the house, thorough in the pump out and carefully replaced the dirt and raked the area. Of course, I will need sod but that just goes with having a septic system pumped regardless of who does it. Friendliness - everyone in the crew was friendly and courteous, like they were your neighbor."

"One of my tenants called and said that they were having trouble flushing the toilet. After a plumber tried, unsuccessfully, to clear what I thought was a clog, I called Master Rooter. Sam was able to get me on the schedule for later in the day. And as promised, I got a call from Steven, letting me know that he was in the way to the house and to meet me there. Once he arrived, Steven was able to quickly find the tank and dig down to it. As soon as he opened the tank, it was clear that some work was needed. Steven was able to explain to me clearly what work was needed, the cost involved. He was then able to get the job done and get the toilets to flush late in the evening.
