"We've had our septic tank drained 6 times over the past 30 years and this is the best company yet. The two crew members, Jahkondeh and Robert, were professional, competent, and pleasant. They are the first crew to properly dig and refill the large hole, extracting and replacing the sod carefully and perfectly. No one has come close to their diligence and efficiency. I was offered great advice regarding the maintenance of my septic tank and septic field. I have never written a review like this before, but I felt the need to tell others to USE THIS COMPANY. "Clay came out and diagnosed the problem and finally figured out that the pressure for the air bladder inside the storage tank was incorrect and was causing the fail safe on the pressure switch to malfunction. He fixed the pressure in the air bladder and then taught me how to turn the pressure switch back on in case this happened again during the weekend. Overall Clay was extremely professional and even explained everything several times so that I would understand what he was doing and what the problem was. I would definitely call them again!"

"Commonwealth Plumbing is a small local operation. The plumber came quickly to assess my farm well pump problem and was ready to tackle the job. He received a call from a customer who had no water in the house with children. The plumber asked if he could take care of that job first as a genuine concern. My well pump is just for irrigation which is not critical compared to a family without water. The plumber headed off , took care of the family and returned first thing the next morning and repaired my system. Excellent work, reasonable price, as well as compassionate."
