"I called Mike early Monday morning and left a message. He promptly called me back and gave me a time estimate when he thought he could come to my house. He was able to come over the same day and troubleshoot my well system. He ran several tests and determined the issue based on facts, not guesses. He had the parts in his truck to fix my well problem by installing the correct new pump and adjusting my pressure tank and switch to optimal levels for the new pump. The price was very reasonable and the turn around time was fantastic. Mike is a really friendly person and explained everything to me so I understood what had happened and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. It was really nice to learn about how well systems work while at the same time having great conversation with a truly genuine and honest person."

But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work.
