"We had our septic tank pumped & inspected by a large well known company. They told us we had to replace our D box because water was coming back with the test. They didn't even dig up the D box. They gave us a bid for almost $5,000. We decided to save money & dig it up ourselves & see if it was plugged & then we could fix it & have it re-tested. We dug it up & saw it was crushed. We called Alpha Bravo Septic for a bid. I was very shocked to hear him say it would be a tiny fraction of what we were quoted by the first co. When Alpha Bravo arrived he went right to work, he discovered the problem (MUCH bigger problem). Told us exactly what needed to be done & how long it would take & how much it would cost. His price was still a tiny fraction of the first companies quote (keep in mind they only quoted for D box, I guarantee you had they known what all was wrong it would have easily been over $20,000). Needless to say we passed the inspection & now the new home owners can enjoy a perfectly operating septic system. Alpha Bravo made this whole experience so much less painful & MUCH easier on the pocket book. He was very respetful, honest, a hard worker & did an awesome job. Do yourself a favor have Alpha Bravo come out when you need septic service."

"Chris, the owner, responded within an hour to my emergency with a burned out control box for my well. Fixed and ready to go in another hour as well as a check of my pump, pressure tank and replacement of an old pressure valve. All very fair cost considering the short call out time. I would definitely call him again without hesitation. Should have called a lot sooner rather than rely on another general electrician. Well issues are definitely their own special category. "Arrived early and did excellent job of pumping tank. Very nice service man. Only thing I didn't like was that I had been told on the phone it was $350 but when the service man arrived I was told it was $425. He did give me a senior discount of $15.00, so total, with tax was $448.95."
