Joe, the owner, came out the same day to assess the problem and told us how to avoid burning out the water pump. Joe and his crew came out the next day. Repaired the problem, with no surprises. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he needed to do. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
