"We have mixed feelings at this time. Brandi (in the office) is professional and delightful. Lee, the tech who did our well inspection, was very nice, helpful, showed up on time and answered our many questions. Our issue is with the septic inspection. Gary set the time at 6:30 pm and was an hour late after Lee called and said he would be a 1/2 hour late. He had someone waiting for him in his truck and we kind of felt like he was rushing and impatient to get done. He couldn't tell where the drain field was so the test was "inconclusive". We called him to give him more info we found and he has not called back."

"I called and told him my main water valve wasn't shutting off the water. He asked if I tried both valves, I advised him their was only one, he said there should be one also below the meter, sure enough there it was and I turned it while on the phone with him and it worked. He could of not told me about the second shutoff valve and came out and I wouldn't of known the difference. He didn't make any money, however I will definitely use him for any plumbing issues in the future."
