"When ordering service, I was quoted $385 dollars. On arrival, we were told that our septic tank was very large therefore their disposal costs were more -the price jumped to $550. Needing the septic tank emptied we paid. The service itself was very good. I would have preferred on the initial call that the dispatcher asked specific questions about septic tank size for the quote."

"Well, here I am again, this will be my second review for this company and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it and their employees. They truly do care about their customers. I had a painting crew at my home pressure washing the entire home and sidewalks in preparation for painting and I forgot to tell them to hook up to the well and not the house! (as we have whole home RO) Anyway I was home inside minding my business and went to wash my hands and HAD NO WATER??Ahhhh!!! But I have been here before when my husband did the same thing when he wanted to fill the pool. So I went out and told them to hook up to the well instead and I proceeded to just wait for the tank to fill. I waited a few hours and still no water?.so I put a call to the company. They reviewed the notes on my account and saw the problem I had before when I drained the tank and something came off (not sure what). So I figured that was the problem again. They said a tech would be at my house between 3 and 6 pm. (I Called around 1pm). The guy pulls up and I was glad to see a familiar face?.it was Will (he came to our house to show us how to use the water system and change the filter --- but in my last review I couldn't remember his name). WILL IS THE BEST! He checked the tank and looked at the piece that gave me a problem last time and it was still exactly as it should be. Then he realized there was no pressure from the tank going into the house and realized the outlet that the system was plugged into was not working! So you would think the water guy would then say well its not our equipment its your electrical and leave BUT NO?..he stayed he checked my breaker in the garage then I told him I had another breaker, he offered to come in and check it for me (as I was home alone with my baby and not really sure about breakers, he even took his shoes off to come inside)?he checked the other breaker and found no problem?then he proceeded to check all the outlets in my kitchen and around the house?? well we couldn't find the culprit and we went back outside to check other places and by that time one of the painter guys came back to my house?.so I was dealing with him too at the same time and he tried to help find the problem. Finally, we found the outlet that caused my water pump to go off?.and it was fixed. Think Will would leave then? NO?.. :O) He said he was just gonna stay a few and check out the system to make sure all was running as it should? Come to find out besides just checking things over he also let me know later that he was not going to leave me alone while the other guy was still at my house (the other guy gave him a bad feeling I guess)?.Which I thought was so kind for him to be concerned for my safety. He also noticed that the pressure was not rising as it should on my water system and discovered a crack in my pump in the tank. He had another on the truck to replace it (under warranty) but then realized it was labeled wrong on the box and was not appropriate for my system. So he reinstalled the old one so I would have water until the morning when he could come back with the correct pump. He is the BEST and I am so glad that we went with this company for our water system, they all have been nothing but helpful and kind! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
