Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Myerstown, PA

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Bought the water heater at Home Depot ( for 430.00) and brought it home myself. The tech came and installed it in less than 3 hours. They charged me thousand dollars. Oh, by the way... that was NOT an emergency, just a routine tank replacement scheduled several days in advance. Makes you rethink the value of the dollar."

"Aaron called right away and came out that evening. He’s a knowledgeable guy and his estimate for the job was a reasonable quote. He completed the job that evening. We were very pleased with his work and in fact have already called him back to replace a pressure gauge on our holding tank. Would definitely recommend Drip Drop Plumbing."

"They were able to me out promptly with an emergency septic pump even during the holiday. Great prices for their service, would definitely recommend, thanks again!!"

"Jeff is a true subject matter expert. With 30+ years in the industry he came quickly, was prepared, and handled the pressure switch without any delays. I cannot say enough good things about American Clear Water LLC. He was professional, kind, and courteous. He allowed me the opportunity to watch what he was doing and explained in layman's terms. He was fairly priced. I would recommend him to anyone asking for help. He is permanently saved in my phone and I will be calling this gentleman if any other issues arise. Thank you Jeff & American Clear Water LLC for everything."
