"Dave was fantastic. He replied to my inquiry quickly, I think within the hour of placing it. We discussed the situation (no hot water) and arranged for him to take a look the next morning. After seeing the project and sizing up what was necessary for the fix, he located the replacement tank and parts. What made things tricky was the location of the broken tank which was under the staircase in a small closet. Plus the particular water heater needed was not a full size, it was a shorter model, 35 gallons. Dave was thorough, tidy and explained everything. Matter of fact, we had several great conversations during the day about a variety of topics unrelated to home repairs. It was a pleasure working with Dave and I will call him again when needed.
