"Let me start off by saying Ross and Miloway PipeWorks are awesome! Last Tuesday 02/16/2021 I woke up without running water I initially called Bouldin Bros to come look at it because thats the only person I could think of at the time. They came out and told me I needed a new well pump, pitless adapter, and pipe running in to my house and it was going to cost just under $6,000! I of course told them I could not do that today I would have to see what I could do so they left. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing after that and they came out on Saturday 02/20/2021 only to not look at anything and tell me I needed to call a well drilling company and still charged me for the service call even when they did nothing. Finally last night I was on the internet and filled out an inquiry for well repair on home advisor and within less than 30 minutes Ross called me he was gonna swing by my house then and take a look. Upon looking he said all I needed was a new well Pump and he squeezed me in this morning at 8AM. The job ended up costing me under $2,000 and now I have running water! I will definitely use Miloway pipeworks again and I encourage everyone else too as well; Bouldin bros and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are ripping people off."

"I placed an Angi service request and choose the first responder. I needed to replace the sewage ejector sump pump, and during the total basement plumbing inspection, a leak was discovered on the main line of the hot water boiler, with evidence of water around the base of the tank of the boiler area. After a discussion with the technician, I eventually decided to replace both items."

"Company was hired to prepare and excavate a pad site for a pole barn garage. The guy "Wilson" knows what he is doing however he short changed me on the services that we agreed to. In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"

"The servicemen were knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job with removal of the old water heater, picking up the new water heater and expansion tank at Home Depot and installing it promptly."

"Noticing some water leaking out of the cold water handle for my shower,  I attempted to remove the handle and check for problems myself. Of course, the screw that held it on got stripped in the process. Knowing my luck with do it yourself repairs, I stopped there. about 10 seconds into the repair, and started calling different plumbers in the area. Murphy's was the only one able to respond that day. I called at 12 and their tech was at my home within a few hours. After I said I really hoped to get it all fixed and squared away before my wife came home to this mess and got mad at me, the receptionist took pity on me and got me on the schedule for that afternoon.
The repair tech arrived a little after 4. After explaining the problem to him we agreed he'd replace both the cold and hot water valves and also replace the shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, which hadn't been working well for awhile. Things that prolonged and complicated the job were that I really did strip the h*** out of that screw, and that my hot and cold water were embedded in the cement backing for the tile. This meant some of the material would have to be chipped away to remove and replace the faulty parts. The tech never lost a beat and seemed totally confident  about his ability to get the job done.
I was nervous about damaged tile, the stubborn screw, collateral damage, or other complications. But he got the job done in a timely fashion and left the rest of my bathroom just like he found it. He drilled the screw for the faucet handle out and chipped away enough cement to work on the faucets without damaging or disturbing anything else. He was courteous, professional, personable, and efficient. The price was a tad high at just over 600 dollars for two shower valves and two sink shutoff valves. But I also know I got excellent service on 4 hours notice that stretched past normal business hours from what appears to be a reputable and well established business. That doesn't come cheap so I can't complain too much.
I was happy with my repairs and absolutely will call on Murphy's to handle my plumbing needs again in the future.
