"Let me start off by saying Ross and Miloway PipeWorks are awesome! Last Tuesday 02/16/2021 I woke up without running water I initially called Bouldin Bros to come look at it because thats the only person I could think of at the time. They came out and told me I needed a new well pump, pitless adapter, and pipe running in to my house and it was going to cost just under $6,000! I of course told them I could not do that today I would have to see what I could do so they left. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing after that and they came out on Saturday 02/20/2021 only to not look at anything and tell me I needed to call a well drilling company and still charged me for the service call even when they did nothing. Finally last night I was on the internet and filled out an inquiry for well repair on home advisor and within less than 30 minutes Ross called me he was gonna swing by my house then and take a look. Upon looking he said all I needed was a new well Pump and he squeezed me in this morning at 8AM. The job ended up costing me under $2,000 and now I have running water! I will definitely use Miloway pipeworks again and I encourage everyone else too as well; Bouldin bros and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are ripping people off."

"Company was hired to prepare and excavate a pad site for a pole barn garage. The guy "Wilson" knows what he is doing however he short changed me on the services that we agreed to. In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"

Bottom line: I will have Charles Moon do small jobs, but I'll have to go to a bigger company for large jobs.

"Naturally, on the hottest weekend of the summer in 2019, with a houseful of guests for that weekend, the capacitor went. Normally, I'd order the part and fix it myself, but that would have taken days to acquire. "Murphy's Plumbing replaced a portion of our sewer line. Jeff presented us with a cost efficient and minimally invasive solution, involving running our line above ground and under our oil tank. He assured us this is "not a big deal". Other plumbers were more alarmist recommending tearing up a lot of our concrete floor or even draining and removing our oil tank to run the line under ground. Steve and crew were extremely efficient and clean, completing the work exactly as expected and on time. Listening to the crew work in the basement, I could tell they are very concerned with doing quality work and have a lot of pride for their trade. Sewer issues are miserable, but Murphy's presented a level-headed and simple solution and took the stress our of the problem. I hope we never need a plumber again, but the reality is we will be hiring them again!"
