From the first phone call to the finished work, everyone I dealt with was very helpful and communicated (and followed through) everything very well. John Lemme came out on the earlier side of the time window I was given, and after his assessment, gave me a clear idea of what was going on, and what would be needed to fix it. Besides this, he was very friendly and professional. He stated that he'd have a crew out in a couple hours to begin work and, sure enough, they arrived in a couple hours. When they arrived, I asked about how long the work would take, and they said 2 hours or less, and again, they achieved that. They left the work areas clean, and I went from having little to no water at times to having it back to normal. On the financial side, looking at the age of the previous pump, there was a big question of whether it would be covered by warranty, and the company worked with their supplier to end up having the new one covered! I was incredibly surprised, and only had to pay for labor. Clearly this company has very high regard for their customers, and they've just earned any of my future business."

"The technician replaced my bad expansion tank hydronic heating system. He used a drain valve to release the water. The valve leaked afterward, he said that was not his responsibility because it is old. That I understand, but he should have explained to me beforehand that was a possibility. He did not check the pressure of my hydronic system and the expansion tank factory pressure. He installed the tank with the air nipple facing toward the wall and it is harder for me to service the expanse tank. The price was a little high for the work."
