Was thoroughly impressed by the services we received, we had them pump our tank and after they finished they noticed my main pipe entering the tank was cracked. They were able to not only let us know of the need for a repair but gave us a price to fix it. He dug out the trench and quickly fixed it at a very very reasonable price. Super pleased, had a great conversation with Edgar the owner while he was onsite turns out this man who looks to be in his late 20's has been doing this work for 20 years and boy you can tell, he is so knowledgeable, sure glad we stumbled upon him when we Google searched septic pumpers."

Also, it was unclear if we were supposed to call 811; we assumed he would, but didn't, and this was an issue as the water line was hit during construction and the city had to come to shut it off on the whole street. It was handled quickly, but would have been avoidable. The project ended up taking much more time than expected, but it was completed in a day, as promised. I would recommend him, but you should be diligent and responsible yourself to make sure all the right steps are being taken."
