"My Septic pump had failed. I had already reached out to another septic repair company, but after 24 hours they still could not give me a day they would be available. I called Pavel at Earthworks Solutions and within 3 hours he had Dennis out there to replace my pump. He installed 3 risers and a new drainage pump all in the same day. Dennis did fast good work and I would recommend Earthworks Solutions."

"The team was very friendly and knowlegable ; answered all of my questions as I have not experienced living on a well system. I would totally recommend them in the future."

"Keith contacted within 10 minutes and said he could squeeze me into his busy schedule. My septic tanks needed to be pumped. Keith, the owner of the company, explained exactly how my system worked and answered all my questions. He is also a veteran so I was glad to give him my business. Highly recommended."

"Out septic tank backed up on a Saturday and we called and left a message.  We quickly received an e-mail that advised us they had received our message and would call on Monday.  Also provided a number to call  if emergency service was needed.  They called first thing Monday morning and we set up an appointment for Wednesday.  Truck arrived at the scheduled time and the technician went right to work and explained what he had found, answered my questions, and made suggestions as he felt were necessary.
A different technician was required to install the optional risers and covers we agreed to, and he arrived as scheduled on Friday morning to complete the job.
We appreciated the office staff at Evergreen keeping us constantly updated as to the arrival times and costs.  We would definitely use them again.
