Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Occoquan, VA

"It couldn't have gone better! I called them Thursday night and Rick and his son, Wyatt, came out early the next morning. I know nothing about a septic system, but Rick was so helpful, understanding and HONEST!! I have had this problem for the past 5 days, but seemed to clear up after I had called another well-known company because my toilet was backed up. All they did was run a "snake" through the pipes and charged me TWICE as much as Rick Aits did and Rick did WAY more than the other company. It might not mean much, but the little things matter! When Rick and Wyatt dug up my yard to get to the tank, he saved the sod to put back as best as he could instead of just tearing up my yard. I really appreciate that. I would absolutely use Aits Septic Repair Service LLC again and recommend them to everyone! Great work, trustworthy, timely, and reasonably priced!! I am so grateful to them for not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of how a septic system works while my husband is serving overseas. THANK YOU RICK!!!!"

"John and his team were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Abbott’s for septic repair work."

"If you're at all interested in a water softener and/or water purification system, call Mermaid. Leslie, the sales professional, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. She did not put on a hard sell; rather, she let the products speak for themselves with a great in-home demonstration and water test. After the home visit, she was available via phone to answer a second set of questions I had. We ended up getting a point-of-entry water filter, water softener, and an under kitchen sink drinking water purification system. Leslie also took the time to show up during the install just to make sure everything was going ok. Jason, the installer, was amazing too! He took the time he needed to install everything professionally and he cleaned up the work areas very well. He also took extra time to answer questions and go through the maintenance and ongoing operational steps... which are going to be very minimal. It's been almost three months now, and we are so happy we decided to go with Mermaid. Great people, great company! Our water is exactly as it should be... feels better, looks better, and tastes better!"

"Chris, a plumber, was professional, timely, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process well before he started working on it. There were some challenges with replacing my sum pump, but Chris found the way to resolve them even though it took him longer than expected."

"The young man sent to replace my pressure tank was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. In addition, I did not have an emergency but my job was scheduled very shortly after the initial scoping visit and initial outreach from the company. Thank you."

"Our basement flooded when both of our sump pumps failed. Tommy showed up quickly and replaced/installed both and saved our bacon! Terry also replaced a kitchen sink and front spigot. Both are skilled, professional gentlemen and we'll continue to call on First Choice moving forward. We couldn't be more pleased. Nice work, guys!"

"Zak is incredibly professional and the best plumbing technician we have had work in our home, and we have tried many over 30 years living in this house. Mary was also professional and an excellent communicator, making sure everything was arranged and we always knew the status. We required services more than one day, and everything was handled well and cleaned up spotlessly. Zak is intelligent, thorough and explains everything well. We highly recommend Beacon Home Services."

"Received service w/in 24hrs of placing call. Technician appeared to be well qualified and remedies the situation in a timely manner. Would recommend and rehire!"
