Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. Professional, courteous, friendly, took extra time to explain everything they were doing. "The diagnostic visit by Joshua was informative and I believe, honest. I sought advice and pricing for my oil furnace that is no longer producing adequate hot water. The coil is failing & obsolete..furnace in use since 1958. The $59.50. Fee was well worth the confirmation of a previous opinion. I’m in the process of implementing a long term solution. Will add a separate electric hot water heater & a new furnace later on."

"They called to set up appt. and were very courteous and professional. The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. They did NOT try to sell us extra services or inspections we didn't need. We'd call them again with an issue in a heartbeat. Highly recommended from a customer service perspective."

We also had them come out in March 2013 because we were told that we needed a new well expansion tank by another company. They were honest and showed us that we did not need another tank.
