"Friendly Plumbers arrived at my home within 2 hours of my emergency call. my hot water tank was leaking all over the laundry room floor. i asked Lance to replace it with a new one. he gave me an estimate of $2,653.00!!! that price was outrageous, but since it was Sunday morning, the company i have always dealt with was closed, and i had water all over the floor, i had no choice but to accept. Lance was quick, knowledgeable, purchased and and installed the new water heater, and explained everything to me EXCEPT why it cost $2,653!! and thats with my senior discount!! I KNOW I was totally ripped off and taken advantage of. The price was ridiculous, but they had me in a corner. I needed help immediately----they knew it----and used it!! the work was great; Lance only took a few hours, i have hot water , BUT I AM SOOOO FURIOUS ABOUT BEING PRICE-GOUGED that I dont care HOW great they are, I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!!
