"Randy replaced my water softener system, tank and installed a well pump alert system. All the work was very well done. Communication was excellent through out the entire process. I highly recommend Marquis Well! Thanks again, Bill"

"Our water stopped running on a Sunday and we called late in the day. Chad (military veteran) and Liam came Monday morning. They found a severed/fried wire that they were able to repair within minutes. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, informative, fast, friendly, and affordable. We feel lucky to have found them and will continue to hire them for any future well/pump services!"

"Troy was so professional, friendly and efficient. Repaired our septic system in no time and saved us the big headache of replacing tank. Great communication, would recommend and hire again!"

"I am a big fan of Heritage. We needed to replace our broken furnace and I got quotes from five different HVAC companies, all of which had many 5-star reviews. Heritage was the best, by far, for a few reasons: Dexter, the HVAC project manager from Heritage, was professional and patient. He answered all of my questions, applied no sales pressure, helped me customize the job to my budget and needs, and even brought us space heaters to keep the house warm since we had no heat in winter. Heritage was one of only two companies to actually take detailed measurements of my home before recommending a furnace size and submitting an estimate. Three of the companies just eye-balled it and recommended furnaces that were twice the size of what Heritage recommended. Some of them told me I had to replace my entire heating and cooling system or I would have major problems (which Dexter debunked). If an HVAC project manager does not bother to measure your house before recommending a furnace size, you should be concerned. Dexter helped me every step of the way with the HEAT loan and furnace rebate process. Dexter worked around my busy work schedule and communicated in person, phone, email, and text, depending on what was best for my workday. After the furnace was installed, the house got uncomfortably dry and we realized we needed to add a whole-house humidifier (which Dexter had recommended originally). Heritage was able to come out the morning after we called and put in a humidifier and the house was comfortable within a day. The Heritage install and service guys (Fran, Bob) were professional, patient, and courteous from start to finish. The installation site was clean and well-labeled. They checked in with me and explained important items along the way. The Heritage office staff are always reachable and helpful with any scheduling, billing, or follow-up questions. The only drawback is they are definitely a premium brand and charge on the higher end for their work. They quoted higher than any of the other four companies. That said, I was able to negotiate the price and I was happy to pay a little extra for a job well done, a strong warranty, and professional service. Honestly, Heritage won me over and I will only use them in the future for my HVAC needs. They were transparent and professional and I never felt like I was getting hustled (unlike a few other big-name brands). Now I recommend Heritage to everyone I know."

"Ryan did all of are sight work and installed are septic system, he made the whole process very easy, was fast to respond to all of are questions and was very passionate about his work. Highly recommend and would use again in the future."

"I thought Dustin did a great job + was very personable - I would give him 100 stars if I could - He checked all my additional drains and gave me a quote for them + left me a solution to use for my PVC piping + I will use him again."

"They came out first to find the septic tank and then would have to come back with the pump truck to pump it. After utilizing the camera mechanism to locate the tank, we were advised that pumping wasn't really needed yet. They could easily have led us to believe it needed to be done, but they chose to be honest and save us the added cost. Honesty & integrity, i like that in a service provider!"

"Found Cyr Septic and Management through Home Advisor. They were the only company I called even willing to come to our house. They came out that night at no additional charge to replace our septic pump. Very impressed with the honest workers and honest price. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and hire them again in a heartbeat!"
