"Tom arrived within an hour of my early morning "no water" emergency. He immediately assessed the job and began the repair. All of the parts needed were on his truck. He explained everything that he was doing as he inspected and repaired/replaced each item. The old tank and any garbage were removed from my property, and the work area cleaned up within three hours of his arrival. I had potable hot water for my family that same morning. I wish that I could give this company more than five stars. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. "Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."
