"We didn?t hire this company only because they focus on septic and therefore our issue wasn?t something they dealt with, but I appreciate their business practices. We reached out via a third party quote service and they immediately called us. Even once they figured out this wasn?t a payable job (we are on a sewer main), they took the time to explain what was likely going on with our issue and make some recommendations. That doesn?t happen much so I think that?s worth recognizing."

"Rudy performed a thorough professional septic tank emptying and cleaning service. (Unlike the previous company that only removed the liquid - not the sludge from the system). He informed me of how a septic tank system works and showed me problems with our system. After completely emptying the tank (BOTH Sections), he rinsed down the inside of the entire tank. Also, Rudy cleaned and replaced a pvc pipe between the two sections so the system would work properly. I highly recommend R&S Pumping Services for Professional Thorough Septic Tank Maintenance. They can be trusted to do the work properly!!!"

"Great service and friendly people! I called Friday, had issues getting the lids off our septic tank! My husband got the lids off that night, we called and they were right back out Saturday morning. Couldnt ask for better service! They answered all my curious kids questions while they pumped the tank too. We liked the service and would recommend them!"

"My wife and I found out that the foundation underneath our home had settled and thus pulled our PVC pipes causing them to crack in numerous places. We basically needed our entire plumbing system under the house replaced.A friend referred Legend Plumbing & Septic to us and we could not have been more fortunate to work with them. Bret and Jesse were incredibly responsive and thorough in their initial inspection, describing what needed to be done, how long it would take, etc. They kept to deadlines and performed everything as planned. No hidden costs and no hidden delays. They even arranged for any sub-contract work that was needed. They handled everything with the permits and was very thorough and professional.Jesse and Bret were patient and helpful with any questions that we had and were transparent throughout the entire process. All of the workers that replaced our pipes we punctual, professional, and courteous. This was a major job that could have caused us so many headaches, but Legend Plumbing & Septic made it very stress free for us.We highly recommend Legend Plumbing & Septic for any of your plumbing needs, especially major plumbing issues!"

"Newman Water Services (NWS) was ** outstanding**.  Despite the demand for services like theirs with the stress of the drought, they were ALWAYS on time and we loved how they communicated by email, especially with all our questions.  Mr. Chris Earls would even take time to key-up a detailed email- not just "Yes" or "No".   We knew we had well problems already and asked NWS for their thoughts even though they aren't well drillers.   They took the time to give us some back-pocket working knowledge of things (this is our first well) so we could speak intelligently with the well companies.   NWS also carefully looked over what gear we could re-use and what should be replaced now, what could be deferred.   They didn't shot gun it or just a quick once-over.

NWS also sells water treatment services, filters, and softeners and not once- ever- did they push that.  They cared about our budget and kept the focus on what we called them for.  That alone was unique as every other bid pushed this or that despite the fact all we wanted (could afford) was the tank and pump.  You can't even buy a burger without being asked 'you want fries with that?'.    No upsell or pressure.

Despite the drought, they didn't gouge their labor OR equipment/material prices.  We looked online for the pump type, the tank, electronics, etc. and they were so fair it was amazing.   That told me right there they have great credit and relationships with their suppliers.    I have no problem with some added-on costs to parts and equipment as they have to pay shipping, handling, buy minimum quantities sometimes, etc. so no problem- but their markups were exceptoinally fair- almost small.  Plus, NWS detailed by make and model what they recommended- not just "new 2.5HP pump".  They put in the model number and each item was priced, even small items.

They were also very flexible.  Our old equipment when we bought the house was on nothing more than old pre-fab air conditioner pads.   We wanted to install new lines and make a single large slab for the pump, reservoir and future filtration/softenening equipment.   They did the tank and pipe runs, let us do the slabs, and then they came back to finish at no extra charge, no fuss.  If anything, they appreciated how we cared enough to help them do it right, as well.  They had a guy who did concrete work if needed but never pushed it and supported us doing it ourselves.  They even gave us some suggestions for the dimensions, location, etc.

I waited to do this posting to ensure all was well and it has been fantastic.  Several days later and then again after two weeks, they called to make sure things were working right.   Amazing.

I did ask them about three weeks later if they would do a tweak to the location of some pipes on the slabl as I needed a little more space for the pump housing framing I was building around the gear and they offered to do it for nothing.   Again- amazing.

The next day I got home and it was done- no worries, never had to call, never baby sit, no ignored calls or emails.

Our neighbors had already booked someone else to do their tank (our entire neighborhood has had water problems due ot the historic drought)  and they already have leaks, pressure switch leaked after a few days, and a PVC fitting was not primed before gluing and barely covered the new pipes with 1/2 of soil.   Their contractors didn't come out promplty at all and even asked for a service charge blaming the heat.    They sincerely reqret not giving Newman a shot.

Mr. Eric Newman is the owner and has built this company with his own two hands for over two decades and personally works each job.  Mr. Chris Earls also works each job but is Newman Water's main communication and contract manager.   Chris I leaned has a degree is in computer science and had a long career in the industry but wanted to settle down- yet he brings his skills and expertise are spot-on, his analytics, knowledge of engineering/sciences is a gift- everything is very, very precise- almost artistic.   Mr. Newman is a perfectionist and loves what he does.   Almost Zen like.

I highly, highly recommend anyone needing water storage, pump, filtration services to start with NWS.  Get several bids but you'll want to come back to NWS.   We had lots of low-ball bids and some high ones- even from local, long-established competitors of NWS.   There just was no comparison.

I get very tired of for example when an owner's son or fancy rep  who doesn't do any of the work comes out in a clean truck, Tommy Hilfiger shirt, good ole boy smile and does-up a bid for something but then some crew that looks like they just got picked-up under a bridge comes out and does the work on your home and property.

Mr. Newman and Mr. Earls are there for the bid, and they are there to do the work.   You don't get a run around or one guy giving you promises and another guy stuck having to do the work.

I don't often write comments, but these guys were outstanding.  Haven't seen anything like it in a very long time.   Sort of old school with state of the art communication.   Simply outstanding.
