"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! "we had multiple projects to get done, and Patrick called very soon after i posted the request. Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. Professional, courteous, friendly, took extra time to explain everything they were doing. Everything was perfect and the price was extremely fair. also a 3 year warranty on their labor! we have found our new go-to plumbers! thanks to the entire crew! had 3 workers including Patrick! awesome job guys!! thank you!"

"It went very well.  He knew exactly what he was doing and he was able to fix all of our plumbing problems.  We will contact him again because he did a great job.  Our only problem was the cost but if the problems are taken care of, we will look to American for a quality job as we have had plumbers/handymen who end up costing us more in the long run.  The plumber, Dan, seemed to enjoy working on old plumbing and he was able to fix the issues with our very old and problematic plumbing right away.

"Paul didn't blink at removing the old septic tank; whereas, others we spoke with wanted to put a new tank in next to the existing tank.  Paul came in with his guys on the days he said they would be there and cleaned up each day.  The work looks neat and well done. There was no damage to curbing from the heavy equipment and minor turf repairs were completed. All access points to the system are neatly set at grade.  The only thing that could have gone better was proactive communication around things like when we could use water and when we couldn't, not a big deal in the end.  Pricing was competitive.  Paul was present and involved in the job and they completed the work in 2 days, which was the bottom end of his estimated time."
