"Billy and his team did an excellent job of replacing everything with the water system. Upgraded well pump and pipes, replacing pressure tank and water heater. Added filtration and water softener systems as well. Replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets,also both frost-free hose bibs outside. Very professional friendly team. Cleaned up work areas very good. Would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. "Dan kept us up to date throughout the entire process.  This was a big job.  The township requires the installation of a masher pump system to hook up to the sewer main.  This required him to do a lot of research and phone calls to the proper officials to handle the details of the hookup.  He returns phone calls right away.  He'll hook you up with the right people to handle other projects as well, such as when we wanted our septic mound removed and our yard flattened out after the plumbing work was done.

"Paul didn't blink at removing the old septic tank; whereas, others we spoke with wanted to put a new tank in next to the existing tank.  Paul came in with his guys on the days he said they would be there and cleaned up each day.  The work looks neat and well done. There was no damage to curbing from the heavy equipment and minor turf repairs were completed. All access points to the system are neatly set at grade.  The only thing that could have gone better was proactive communication around things like when we could use water and when we couldn't, not a big deal in the end.  Pricing was competitive.  Paul was present and involved in the job and they completed the work in 2 days, which was the bottom end of his estimated time."
