Resolved the issue quickly. Sinks, toilets working as expected. Appreciate how quickly the company responded from the time I called to the time Pepe arrived and resolved the issue. Had the septic tank pumped just a year ago so was not expecting any issues. Now informing the 4 women in the household to not flush make-up wipes down the toilets as that seems to be what caused the issue."

"Brady did an excellent job on all the work he completed at my house. I had a main water line break and he was over on the same day! After he completely replaced the line, he restored my yard the way it was before. I found him to be honest and professional so I have called upon him for other plumbing projects at my house since then. He is very good at troubleshooting and giving out realistic options with reasonable prices. He's unclogged my bathtub, replaced faucets in both my bathrooms as well as the shower cartridges in both bathrooms, fixed my broken pool float, changed out my swimming pool motor, fixed my irrigation system, worked on and replaced parts for my toilets and also changed out hose bibs and insulated my pipes for me. He also replaced the leak in my water softener and went over to my parents house fo fix their refrigerator ice machine that was flooding their home! I would not hesitate to hire Brady for any plumbing issues as I feel he really cares about his customers"

"Decided on this company after reading internet reviews.  Contacted by phone.  Answered promptly.  Asked a lot of questions and had me check on fixture, we determined the make and we were provided an estimate over the phone as well as an estimate if the job would require more.  Also helped us with instructions if we were to do it ourselves.  Very helpful, but  we decided to use professional.  He agreed to come out early next morning.  Arrived prior to scheduled time (appreciated that he was early).  Fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes for the initial estimate.  Also educated me on some of the shower fixtures and our own water main.  Courteous and professional.  Would highly recommend this company.  Thank you.

"This was the first time I used Home Advisor to locate a service person to cut down my dead 75ft Aleppo Pine in the backyard of my midtown rental house. I had a couple of $1200 bids from other services. One of those OTHER guys even called to tell me NOT to hire the other one because he was a heavy drinker and I "would be sorry". (This was so creepy on so many levels I'm not sure where to start!) When the B&F Landscaping bid came back at $450, I decided to give them a try. Besides the low price, the one thing that really impressed me was how well Brandon listened to and honored my requests. He was prompt in contacting me after I gave him (via email) the physical address and asked that he drive by to see the job before giving a price. I was able to call and leave a voicemail giving a detailed list of what I needed done and when he returned the call, he left a detailed voice message (as I had asked him to do) and addressed all of my questions with clear, concise answers to every one! After the job was completed, I called him and was able to use my Amex card to pay him over the phone and get an invoice/receipt for my taxes! My tenants also reported how nice, prompt and professional they were at the actual job site. I have another rental w/a picky HOA (a 1 inch weed gets a $45 fine! Geez.) and I'm hoping I can hire B and F Landscaping to do a quick upkeep service 2 x a month at that property. (I am not sure they offer this service but I sure hope so!) I wish all the service people I need to hire were as conscientious, courteous, thorough and well-priced as B and F Landscaping. I do most of my own home-owning work but this tree was way too big for any of the tools I own. B and F to the rescue! (And no, I'm not related to anyone who works there!)"

"La Darian was terrific. He came to inspect the plumbing and discovered that the house needed a water pressure reducing valve due to high pressure. In addition, the water heater was nearing its end of life. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He worked within my time frame on consecutive days. He was on time, worked steady and completed the job in an efficient manner. He was easy to talk with and informed me each step of the way of the process. He presented me with choices when it came to purchasing my needed products. I want La Darian to work on any plumbing needs I may have in the future. He is a top notch professional."
