Resolved the issue quickly. Sinks, toilets working as expected. Appreciate how quickly the company responded from the time I called to the time Pepe arrived and resolved the issue. Had the septic tank pumped just a year ago so was not expecting any issues. Now informing the 4 women in the household to not flush make-up wipes down the toilets as that seems to be what caused the issue."

"Decided on this company after reading internet reviews.  Contacted by phone.  Answered promptly.  Asked a lot of questions and had me check on fixture, we determined the make and we were provided an estimate over the phone as well as an estimate if the job would require more.  Also helped us with instructions if we were to do it ourselves.  Very helpful, but  we decided to use professional.  He agreed to come out early next morning.  Arrived prior to scheduled time (appreciated that he was early).  Fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes for the initial estimate.  Also educated me on some of the shower fixtures and our own water main.  Courteous and professional.  Would highly recommend this company.  Thank you.
