"Mr. Larry Holloway and his assistant, Craig, were absolute professionals. They were very courteous and did a fantastic job in installing a new well pump for my lawn to include all new piping to replace my existing 15-year old and worn out system. In addition, I have a removable housing over and around the pump to directly protect it from the elements (snow, rain). This required some final modifications of his first-class initial pipe installation to accommodate the housing unit. Mr. Holloway was extremely receptive to my wishes and quickly and professionally made the necessary modifications to solve the faucet outlet positioning to allow the same housing unit fit over the new well pump/pipe installation. This job was completed in about 1/2 day (4 hours). I can't say enough superlatives about Mr. Holloway, his assistant and the quality of their workmanship! "Tim Gillen owns the company and is physically present for almost all the work that goes on during the project. This ensures that the quality stays high on the work performed.  He directly oversees the job and the final walk through was easy as there were only a few items to finish off. These were completed in a few hours with no issues.
His crew cleaned up after every work day, including picking up all drop cloths, vacuuming and wiping down where any construction dust had settled. 
The employees we met were all personable, friendly and competent.  All requests were completed with a good attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs.  Vendors employed by The Gillen Co to provide service such as electric and plaster repair were likewise helpful and friendly. 
Change orders or additional work was negotiated in a friendly and easy manner.  Upgrades were handled the same way.
The Gillen Co provides a vendor list for common suppliers such as tile, granite, lighting etc and this is a good place to start if you are unfamiliar with local vendors. After doing our own research we ended up using a mix of recommended suppliers and our own sources for items purchased during this project.
The project turned out very well and we are pleased with the end result.
