"Sutton Well and Pump crew were AMAZING! I made several phone calls to other businesses trying to get help with no success. I finally used Home Advisor who recommended them, provided them my information which they used to contact me... They arrived an hour earlier than expected, assessed the situation and provided recommendations and pricing for repairs. I ended up replacing my water tank, pressure gauge, pressure control switch and check valve... We went from low/no water pressure in the house to full pressure... Crew was friendly, professional and worked as a team to complete the necessary repairs... This will definitely be my #1 crew for any future well or pump related issues... 5 Star Rating!! Thank you Home Advisor for recommending Sutton Well and Pump... They were AMAZING!!"

"Woke up Friday morning with no hot water. Called Hill Plumbing Co and they were able send a technician before lunch. The technician was polite and even wore shoe covers over his boots. He said he could change out the elements but would would recommend changing the water heater due the water heater was over 20years old and was showing signs of rust along the bottom of the tank. By 2:00 pm I had hot water with my new water heater. The technician was very knowledgeable and truly appreciate his recommendation because when he removed my old water heater the bottom was covered in rust. To top it off he discounted me 10% because my wife teaches at Alice Drive Elementary.

"My family came home Friday night to discover that our septic tank was backing up into our showers. We called every septic tank draining company in the area and we either got voicemail (they were closed), or they didn't come out as far as my house. The earliest I could get someone to commit to was Tuesday (remember, it was a Friday night). I had already called two of the companies Angi recommended. Southeast Plumbing and Gas was the third. Even though septic draining is not normally one of the jobs that this company does, they agreed to come out and save the day for us (in the middle of the night!!). Bryan, the owner, not only drained our tank, but he also repaired and redesigned our septic line for better flow and installed a clean out valve. We are in a better position now than we were when we bought the house!"

"Needed our main line to the septic tank unclogged on a Sunday afternoon. Tim was there at his estimated time and got the job done. Could not ask for better service. Would definitely use his services again."

"We had a horrible experience with another company which left us with a â newâ septic tank that didnâ t work, causing backup in my house, under my house and in my air conditioner. Southeast Septic Service came out looked at the tank and fixed the tank we had that wasnâ t working. They installed another tank, pump and new drain lines and they even came out on a Saturday to install it. I would definitely recommend them."

"Well. Only problem was delay in response time after claim was filed online. Water tank started leaking Thanksgiving morning and no reply until I called the Regional Manager."

"Your selection of the work done does not include the replacement of a water pump for a well. He worked very well to complete the job, and even when it started to rain, he completed the job. He understood that we had no water until he finished the job and we are very grateful as well as pleased with the job."

"It went well. They have a comprehensive package that I was able to buy for my house."
