"Billy and his team did an excellent job of replacing everything with the water system. Upgraded well pump and pipes, replacing pressure tank and water heater. Added filtration and water softener systems as well. Replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets, also both frost-free hose bibs outside. Very professional friendly team. Cleaned up work areas very good. Would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done."

"The owner promptly returned my phone call the same day and spoke to me for over 30 minutes regarding my problem. He listened without interrupting and spoke to me with respect and a genuine tone of helpfulness. I was VERY pleased with our conversation. We are still in the midst of trying to solve our issue with our septic company, but I would use this contractor in a heart beat for any plumbing work. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was also honest about his availability and followed up with me in case I needed to move forward with scheduling some time on his calendar. HIGHLY recommend him based on that alone.

"Paul didn't blink at removing the old septic tank; whereas, others we spoke with wanted to put a new tank in next to the existing tank.  Paul came in with his guys on the days he said they would be there and cleaned up each day.  The work looks neat and well done. There was no damage to curbing from the heavy equipment and minor turf repairs were completed. All access points to the system are neatly set at grade.  The only thing that could have gone better was proactive communication around things like when we could use water and when we couldn't, not a big deal in the end.  Pricing was competitive.  Paul was present and involved in the job and they completed the work in 2 days, which was the bottom end of his estimated time."
