"Let me start off by saying Ross and Miloway PipeWorks are awesome! Last Tuesday 02/16/2021 I woke up without running water I initially called Bouldin Bros to come look at it because thats the only person I could think of at the time. They came out and told me I needed a new well pump, pitless adapter, and pipe running in to my house and it was going to cost just under $6,000! I of course told them I could not do that today I would have to see what I could do so they left. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing after that and they came out on Saturday 02/20/2021 only to not look at anything and tell me I needed to call a well drilling company and still charged me for the service call even when they did nothing. Finally last night I was on the internet and filled out an inquiry for well repair on home advisor and within less than 30 minutes Ross called me he was gonna swing by my house then and take a look. Upon looking he said all I needed was a new well Pump and he squeezed me in this morning at 8AM. The job ended up costing me under $2,000 and now I have running water! I will definitely use Miloway pipeworks again and I encourage everyone else too as well; Bouldin bros and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are ripping people off."

"Murphy's Plumbing replaced a portion of our sewer line. Jeff presented us with a cost efficient and minimally invasive solution, involving running our line above ground and under our oil tank. He assured us this is "not a big deal". Other plumbers were more alarmist recommending tearing up a lot of our concrete floor or even draining and removing our oil tank to run the line under ground. Steve and crew were extremely efficient and clean, completing the work exactly as expected and on time. "The diagnostic visit by Joshua was informative and I believe, honest. I sought advice and pricing for my oil furnace that is no longer producing adequate hot water. The coil is failing & obsolete..furnace in use since 1958. The $59.50. Fee was well worth the confirmation of a previous opinion. I’m in the process of implementing a long term solution. Will add a separate electric hot water heater & a new furnace later on."
