"

We bought a pre-owned home and most of the rooms already had crown molding, but we decided to have the remainder of the house finished as well.  To begin with we had crown molding installed, painted and caulked in two rooms - the office and the guest bedroom.  I am a perfectionist and we could not be more pleased.  Dana and his staff are very professional.  They exceed  expectations.  Lindsey is great from the initial appointment until the job is complete.  And Cassie is an artist in her field.  They want the customer to be completely happy with the job.  We are scheduling them to come out again after the first of the year to complete a difficult job in the master bathroom.  We highly recommend I Crown Homes for your crown molding projects.

We also are taking this opportunity to rescind our review of last May, after a number of unfortunate issues resulted in our canceling this crown molding project and getting our money refunded.  This fall we decided to try it again, and we are certainly glad we did!

"I am really compelled to take the time to write a great review for C2.  Originally, I searched Angie's List first to find a quality mover to move us from our sold house in North Scottsdale to Tucson, and was so impressed with the reviews here that we settled on C2 and another mover for estimates. The front office called me immediately after I contacted them (and communicated perfectly through the process.)   Charles, the owner, was able to come out for the estimate and he thoroughly documented and estimated what needed to be moved, along with giving us advice and helpful insights, such as what we didn't need to pack...large mirrors, shelves, floor lamps, plants on stands, etc. Wardrobes, file cabinets and the storage shed would be wrapped up in plastic, and we didn't need to clear everything out of those items. Clothes would be scooped up as is hanging from closets, put in wardrobes and hung in the closets of the new home. Furniture would be wrapped in plastic or blankets. Charles is a delightful entrepreneur, very energized and rightfully proud of how they've grown their business so quickly in less than three years.  It's clear that he is bringing excellent, well-thought processes to this old industry. He strives for customer delight.  Which is what we experienced. Their estimate was competitive with the other moving company, so we went with C2.  They provided us with six of the fastest guys and two trucks, to move our 3,200 sq. ft home.  While we've dreaded this day for some time, they really reduced our stress levels. We were at our new house in Tucson before 2pm and the unloading was even faster. All the guys were patient with our requests to place things...and sometimes move things a second time. They reassembled the beds and placed things in the proper locations based on our moving box descriptions. There were no problems, no surprises in the cost. Could not believe we were enjoying a beer and a burrito in our new place, long before the sun set. It was really a phenomenal experience. I cannot recommend C2 enough. In fact, we're about to use them again to move our storage unit. Watch out you other movers, C2 is going to take a lot of your business.

"My living room had a dark area, that needed light and the main bathroom has no window so it is like a cave.  I called for an estimate and told them what I wanted and where.   I was given an appointment for the estimate and told if I liked the product and cost, they may be able to do the work the same day.  I was happy about their professionalism, knowledge and the way they explained everything to me.  I would very gladly use them again and I recommend them to everyone.   Thank you guys your great!

"Everything went quite well except the vendor that did the shower, sink tops and vanity top was awful. The sinks had to be sent back four times, and each time it took two to three weeks for them to return. They were beautiful when we finally got the final product, but we were without totally workable bathrooms for about two months. We brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink, could not have people over, because they could use the toilets, but could not wash their hands. They would have had to come out to the kitchen to do that. The workers were very good and very friendly. The plumbers (Preferred Plumbing) were exceptional. The tilers were exceptional. The cabinets were lovely. The only thing that spoiled the experience was the company that did the sink counters."

FAQs for shed and enclosure service projects in Sasabe, AZ

A treehouse stresses the tree, but proper design keeps that impact manageable. Start with a healthy species, use tree-attachment bolts instead of lag screws, and allow room for future growth. A qualified treehouse builder or arborist can assess load capacity, ensure safe fastening, and monitor the tree’s health after construction.

The time it takes to build a treehouse depends on its size and complexity, and whether you choose a prefab kit or a custom design. A straightforward child's prefab treehouse can be assembled in as little as two days to a week. More complex designs can take two to six weeks. Adding features like plumbing and electricity can add several days to the project timeline. Building a fully livable treehouse can take anywhere from several months to a year.

The best trees for constructing a treehouse are strong and healthy with a minimum diameter of 12 inches. Ideal choices include maple, oak, hemlock, and fir trees. If suitable trees aren't available, you can install additional support posts to reinforce the structure. Consulting with an arborist or local treehouse builder ensures your site is evaluated correctly and your treehouse is securely anchored.

A well-constructed treehouse can last anywhere from 10 to 25 years or more. The lifespan depends on the quality of the materials used and the extent to which they are maintained. Applying weatherproof treatments to the wood can help extend its lifespan. Keep in mind that treehouses in areas with harsh weather conditions may wear faster than those in milder climates.

Building a treehouse for year‑round living is entirely possible when you address both the technical challenges and the lifestyle benefits head‑on. This project requires a secure design that incorporates superior insulation, integrated plumbing, and robust electrical systems, while also creating a sustainable, minimalist, and eco-friendly retreat. To ensure comfort and safety, invest in enhanced structural supports and adhere to strict code-compliance measures. Professional consultation is essential to transform your treehouse into a secure, full-time living space that incorporates off-the-grid and environmentally conscious design.

Plumbing installation in a treehouse is challenging because it requires unique, engineered solutions for an off‑ground structure. This project requires custom-designed water distribution systems, reinforced connections, and specialized adjustments that exceed the standard requirements for home plumbing. In addition, implementing innovative solutions such as composting toilets, rainwater collection systems, and graywater sinks ensures safe operation, efficient drainage, and sustainable water usage. These measures, when combined with rigorous adherence to building codes, guarantee that your treehouse’s plumbing system operates securely and efficiently.
