"In 2011, JK install vinyl siding on my home. They checked all the boxes: Workmanship was great. Very courteous. Very punctual. Cleaned up afterwards. In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. I will definitely be recommending them again."

"He came at the time he said he would. He did drywall. drywall, some repair and carpentry work. I would recommend Frank Thomas."

"We can’t say enough about this company and I’m so glad we found them on Angie’s list! They just replaced our roof on the house and detached garage. It was a pleasure in all aspects working with different team members – everyone was respectful, punctual, returned phone calls very quickly and super helpful. When Scott provided the estimate, he presented a great package of information including addresses of homes they did with the shingle color. When there was only one house with the color we thought we wanted (not commonly used) that was an hour away, Scott made some calls and within a couple hours got me two addresses close by. He included some additional repair items which we really appreciated. Shawn, who managed the project on site ensured those items were completed and that the overall project was perfect as was clean up. The crew members were friendly and helpful as well as Shawn. Jake responded with grace to an extra request that I made and was always friendly and helpful as we played phone tag to schedule the gutter work around the rain. Scott and all team members were very honest – saying we could wait a few years to do the garage, if needed and one of the gutters on the garage did not need replacement. Their price was excellent as was the work and experience. We highly recommend them."

After more than a decade in the industry, we kept seeing the same pattern: owners overpromised, underdelivered, and left both crews and customers scrambling. Too much energy went into marketing and lead generation—and customers quietly paid for it. That frustration is why we started Verified Roofing & Siding.\n\nWe’re built differently. We show up, listen to what you actually need, and inspect the project thoroughly—scope, materials, and measurements—so the quote we give you is accurate, honest, and designed to solve the real problem.\n\nBecause we keep overhead lean and skip the big marketing budget, you don’t subsidize ads in your price. You get fair pricing, careful workmanship, and respectful treatment from start to finish. Our goal is simple: when the job is done, the experience is so positive that you tell family and friends.

"Good estimate and great customer service! The new siding and gutters on my house look really good. Compliments from my neighbors and friends on the work and cleanup."

"We hired Bob to install new vinyl trim. He responded to our phone call promptly, answered all of our questions, and gave us a fair and reasonable quote for the work. He followed up with us before the work began to insure what we wanted. Even though we wanted a job that was challenging he handled it perfectly. The job started on time, finished on time and we couldn't be happier with Bob and the work he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"Ken Lawler returned my email request for a quote and requested additional information and photos for the area of work to be done. After the information was emailed to Ken, he provided me with a detailed quote and included the business license and certificate of liability insurance for Building Decommission Services, LLC/BDS. The quote was the lowest out of 3 companies that I had contacted. The work crew arrived on time though the company name on the truck and their shirts was Global Green Service. When I asked the foreman about that, he said that they were all the same company. He was courteous and answered all my questions and they got right to work. When done, he asked me to look over the area and be sure that I was satisfied. They did a great job and a thorough clean up. The foreman also took photos of the completed job.

"We had 180 contractors come out for a estimate and was blown away by how professional Ken was. Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!"

"Had several issues during install. Project Manager went above and beyond to ensure things were taken care of. Siding looks great."

"on time, very friendly, and excellent workers. The only down side is the sales man misled us"
