"MDL NATIONWIDE CONSTRUCTION was quick to get back to me, give me a quote and get my stucco repair done. The repair work was reasonably priced, the workmanship great and the site was left clean."

"Adelin is very personable and professional. He offered us a lot of good advice for keeping our church buildings in good shape. They also did a great job repairing and restoring the stucco around a large stained glass window. The fee was reasonable as we received multiple bids. Grosu was the best bid. Very satisfied overall."

"Start to finish it only took them 3 days. They removed old metal roof, and old asphalt shingles and installed the new roof, looks great. They cleaned up afterwards. and didn't damage any of the bushes surrounding the front of the house. I think they did a very good job, and will recommend them to friends."

"James did an excellent job of repairs on our vynal siding."

"Michael is a businessman of the old style; honor is his calling card and he exemplifies that fully. We went with Factory Direct right off the bat, and we couldn't be happier. Michael helped us completely in determining the big decision of committing to colors, and the work crew for both the siding and the gutter replacement and installation were so careful, conscientious and hard working. James went above and beyond just performing lead duties for the siding. He helped with providing information to help us with decisions unrelated to the siding, and the crew members are all a pleasure to work with. Our siding has made our home look like the dream come true that it is. Thank you so much, Michael and Factory Direct Exteriors and Angi!"

"Professional Builder's selected good sub-contractors. Project was completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner."

"Went well, although every time I got a call, there was more bad news.  The wall had been leaking because a deck had not been installed properly.  There was no flashing, so all rain water was running inside the wall for years causing rotting and mold.  They took off upper deck boards and removed siding and framing to reveal the problem.  They built a temporary wall, as there was nothing holding the wall up, since the joists were rotted. The windows had to be removed, since everything was rotted.  All was replaced and the windows put back, as well as the siding and deck boards.  Wallboard was replaced inside the room and textured and painted and repairs made to the ceiling.
This was all happening after I had just had the whole downstairs painted. =(
Art Frewalt and his crew were very nice and worked to get the job done as quickly as possible.
I will definitely call on them again."

"Went well. The technician troubleshot the failure and found the damper mechanism had failed. He removed the unit and forced the baffle to the fully open position to give me some cooling to the refrigerator side until the replacement came in. The technician returned with the part, replaced it, and performed a functional test. We were well please with his service."
