"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

Charles and his crew went in and fixed the collapsed portion and built a beautiful retaining wall on both sides of the driveway. As we are currently living in NY, Charles kept us up to date on the project with calls and pictures throughout the whole process. This was a huge relief and kept us in the loop. "John was recommended to us last year by a neighbor who had his bathroom completely re-done.  He was very happy with John's work, so we called John about a leak in our kitchen.  It was a roof vent that had been damaged during a storm.  John replaced it and the leak was no more.  After that, raccoons and squirrels damaged the screening on our porch.  John came over and replaced the screening and some of the wood that had seen better days.  The job was very well done, and no creature has been able to break through the new screen.  After that was complete, we asked John if he could replace the siding on the shed.  Then he pressure washed the house and screen porch.  All of the jobs were thoroughly done with a minimum of mess.  John cleaned up his work area every evening after he had finished for the day.  John is a very ethical, professional man, and I will continue to ask him to work for me.  I recommend him highly to any person who wishes to engage his services.  By the way, I expect that the shed will still be standing and in terrific shape many, many years from now.  The work is of excellent quality!

"'B-/C+' is the real grading. He manages several non-English speaking crews and so the quality of varies and no recourse with the people performing the work. The jobs looks good from afar, but the details are lacking. Many houses here are built with a "carpenter's gap" (google it). The workers did not mention this to me or to James Taylor, the consequence is my roof continues to let in vermin and this is now much more expensive to fix (I offered to pay the difference to fix this, never heard back). The workers also slid down the shingles and there is shingle wear where they slid down on their butts. The roof is functioning correctly, although we have sealed a several popped nails. The siding install was just the siding, the quote apparently did not include painting/sealing where the trim butts up against the siding ( I was told this is standard practice, so now I have to get up on a ladder and paint this myself). I was glad house wrap was included, but the work was carelessly cut and not according to Tyvek's overlap specification nor fastening (see picture. Manufacturer specification specifies a 6" overlap (red dots) and washered fasteners). Billing was clear enough. Email/phone response times long."

"Called and talked to Sarah.  She and Brian came within 2 days.  Brian examined the area where a new decorative vent had been put in as well as a new vent boot.  Brain took photos to show me that the decorative vent had not be sealed off in side.  He caulked around both new items.  I tried to pay them for the service call , but they would not take any money.  The roof had been on for 2 years and it was not a problem with their work.  Such great service!

"Wonderful. They protected the plantings around the house and cleaned up very well. They hand nailed and drew lines up the side to make certain the spacing was correct. Did not remove the roof over the garage so it stayed protected until the second day when the job could be completed.

"Everything went great. Southern Leisures was very helpful throughout the whole process. They came out and gave me an estimate that was cheaper than most I have received up to that point. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole project as well. I was impressed they knocked out the roof in 1 1/2 days and moved right to the siding and gutters. Everything went very smooth and I would recommend them to others."
