We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. "After I sent them an email explaining what I needed they responded within an hour with a very reasonable estimate for the work. After an exchange of a few more emails they scheduled the work for later in the week. I received a confirmation call the day before the work was scheduled. Mario, the technician, arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. He explained how he would perform the repair, and he was extremely professional and courteous. After he completed the work he reviewed what was done to repair the siding. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair work, and the excellent customer service provided by Mario. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors or friends. "I was so happy with the work that Young Environmental did in my rental home.  I am located in another state and couldn't fly back when the basement of my rental home flooded in June.  I had had a few not-so-great experiences with other contractors, so I joined Angie's List to hopefully make some more progress with getting the repairs done.  I contacted 3 companies in order to get a quote to do the work.  I spoke to Peter over the phone and was impressed that they would send someone out to do the estimate in person, the other company just guessed based on the information I gave them over the phone.  The estimator came out the next day and I had the quote later that afternoon.  I spoke to Peter again to ask more questions about the process, and then decided to use Peter as his quote was better than the other company and I liked his professionalism.  The work was scheduled to be done the following week and the team showed up on time and took the estimated time they said they would.  I was able to take care of payment over the phone with Peter while the team was doing the work, and he even honored the Angie's List discount the following day when I realized that I had forgotten to mentioned it originally.  Overall, one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor and I would definitely recommend this company to others that need abatement work done.
