"After I sent them an email explaining what I needed they responded within an hour with a very reasonable estimate for the work. After an exchange of a few more emails they scheduled the work for later in the week. I received a confirmation call the day before the work was scheduled. Mario, the technician, arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. He explained how he would perform the repair, and he was extremely professional and courteous. After he completed the work he reviewed what was done to repair the siding. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair work, and the excellent customer service provided by Mario. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors or friends. "I replaced the gutters on my home  and it was discovered that there was no drip edge on one section of the roof and the edge of the roof was rotted on both sides. I had someone else look in the attic and the insulation was wet.  At the time it was thought that there was some insulation with asbestos because of its appearance and the age of the house.  I received an estimate that was very expensive and was very upset to say the least.  I found Young Environmental Services on Angie's List and read the reviews.  Since others said he was willing to explain processes to you, I called.  Mr. Young answered, listened to my description of the problem, explained the process to remove asbestos and then referred me to a reputable company for testing my house.  As it turns out, I do not have asbestos but if I had I feel confident I would have used Mr. Young to remedy the situation.
