"Jon came out the same day I called him to see if the gutters or siding were causing water damage in my home. He showed up right on time and after inspecting everything, determined that the water damage is due to another issue. He did not try to sell me anything after letting me know that his company would not be able to assist. I will call him again if I ever need anything that his company can do."

"See above about quote process.
When I chose Deluxe to do the repair, the same repairman who quoted the job did the job. He was there on time. Did the exact work which had been quoted. Did the repair quickly and cleaned up after. It has been several months and a number of significant rains following the repair and we have not seen one new water spot! Excellent job, they did what they said they would do, did it quickly and came when they said they would.

"The construction materials were delivered promptly the day before.   The construction was on-site on the other side of our yard. The team hand carried the materials across the yard as requested.  The structure is outstanding and exceeds our expectations.  The construction team did an outstanding job.  They were very flexible and were very responsive to last minute changes.   The total construction time was one day.   Throughout the day the construction team was very professional, communicative and courteous.   I highly recommend Backyard Custom Construction and I will keep my contact for them for future construction work."

"The Gautreaux crew installed siding for me in Donalsonville, Georgia after Hurricane Michael. The crew was most polite, hard-working, prompt professionals. They even cleaned up behind themselves daily. Other projects were successfully performed. Extremely tall pecan tree limbs removed, fallen smokehouse contents removed. Helpful in many ways. Great folks! Jeannine Whitley."
