"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"After receiving a ridiculous estimate from Window World of over $500 to replace two windows, on the recommendation of Home Depot, I tracked down the local distributor for the brand of windows in my home: Allstate Windows and Siding. They replaced both windows for less than $200.00. They were prompt, professional and did excellent work. I would gladly use them again and strongly recommend them.

"This company was fast and professional. They came out and gave us a quote. We didn’t have to wait. When they said they were going to be there they were there. My fence looks amazing. I have told many others about this company when they talk about how nice my fence looks. I would recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to have fence work done."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"K'Von and Frank were amazing to work with for this move. Both were very detailed oriented and took tremendous pride in the job they were doing. They went above and beyond for us to make the move as smooth as possible. My friend was moving from one assisted living facility to another in the next town over and the move was late afternoon which both were very respectful at the other residents well being by being very quiet not to disturb others. As we were about to head out, it began to storm, and the rain was so heavy that it was flooding. We all got soaked! Thank goodness by the time we made it to the new facility the rain had stopped. K'Von and Frank never missed a beat. They unloaded the U-Haul and placed items as requested. They did a phenomenal job and we'd definitely use their services again. K'Von and Frank, thank you from the bottom of my heart for y'all's work ethics and providing a service that most people dread and for a very reasonable rate."
