After six months of research, and receiving several quotes for improvement in the Alexandria, VA area, I confidently selected Chris and HCR because of Chris’ customer service, HCR’s Better Business Bureau’s rating of A+, and the products available. Additionally, the installation teams were outstanding, which involved one installation team for widows and a patio door and a different installation team for siding. The installation teams left the installation areas clean as well as thoroughly explained the new products and ensured there were no questions. Although there was one small glitch involving a window insert/sash, the entire operations team and Chris Dobbin immediately sought resolution on the items in an extraordinarily attentive way. We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. I received a call when the tech was on his way. Teddy arrived and I went over the work to be done. He told he'd get it taken care of lickty split and he was not kidding. Not only did he perform the work, he performed exceptional work in handling my repairs and went above and beyond to ensure the soffit and siding were secured to prevent them coming off in the future. I look forward to having them perform work again at my residence. So much easier and much cheaper than some of the other estimates I received for the same work."
