No searching for painter to fix boards and paint, rotted boards and other areas fixed and LOOKS very good to the eye. As a matter of fact, we got a flat with one of your nails stuck in the tire. {Same nails used on roofing, which is why I gave Overall a 4, other than the fact that there's ALWAYS room for improvement} Overall, love what was done!!!
