"Job consisted of replacing porch brick tile and removing and replacing porch 4 x 4s and railings. Porch is 33 ft by 6 ft. 4x4s were anchored to the porch by Simpson strong ties. Railings were 6 ft and 8 ft in length and Required shortening to fit space. Communication between Handyman by Henderson and owner was excellent. The workmanship was excellent. "Roman Empire Builders i found here and i seen his reviews and decided to call for some estimates. We own 3 properties one that we had to evict someone and we kept getting some very high unreasonably seeming prices and couldn't find great references from some guys, but every reference we got from Roman was nothing but he's the best he does any kind of work that you throw at him so he came by we told him if the price we get on our first house looks good and the price is right I have two other houses that need a few things done. So first job we had him and his sons rebuild our second story deck that a tree had slammed into from hurricane Helena and he not only did he build it perfectly to Code but he painted it for us for only a extra $150 which was so kind. "High quality workmanship at a reasonable price. We needed a fence and gate repaired which were damaged by hurricane Milton. Mikalai went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We were able to salvage our previous gate however, it had always been a bit short and left a gap for our little dogs to go beneath. I didn't want to buy a new gate and just planned to live with the problem and not let the dogs roam the backyard. WIithout me even mentioning this issue to Mikolai, he noticed the gap and suggested altering the gate by adding a decorative piece at the bottom for no additional charge. The gate looks so much better and our yard is secure for the dogs. Mikolai is a pro dedicated to customer service and perfection. I highly recommend him."
