"Alvin was friendly, professional, and didn't pressure me into signing a contract. The work was done in a timely manner. All materials were exactly as ordered. I am happy with the new look of my older home. The roof, siding on the dormer and the new gutter system have already been complemented on by neighbors and even total strangers. I would highly recommended this company."

"Insulation was tested and came back negative for asbestos!"

"Had several issues during install. Project Manager went above and beyond to ensure things were taken care of. Siding looks great."

"Our siding was rotting and needed an upgrade. Called Prime and the experience was great from the start. Showed up when they said they would and provided great quality."

"I would do business with this company in the future. They had great customer service. I only picked another company for the siding because the price quotes were similar and the other company had sided my garage a number of years ago."

"All of the Rapid Roofing employees that we dealt with from the initial visit with Lee at our house to Gabriel and his team during installation were fabulous. Very professional and considerate to our needs. The process was very quick and had the roof done with in a week of contacting them. We recommend Rapid Roofing ."

"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."

"The job went great. We hired Pro to put on a new roof, new siding and new gutters. The crew showed up on time, did great work, and were very professional throughout. When a few unexpected issues arose Pro worked with us to address them without adding any additional cost to us. From initial sales meeting to final product Pro did a great job and we would definitely recommend them."
