"I hired this company to do some stucco repair and repaint my house. After discussing the work that needed to be done we discussed the cost and various options. All throughout the process they were very above board and didnâ t try to up sell me. The price wasnâ t the cheapest, but the work was first rate so itâ s an example of getting what you pay for. Everyone I worked with was super polite and friendly and the crew assigned to our house did absolutely amazing work! Our house now looks fantastic and we are super happy. I trust this company and will use them again for other projects I have planned."

"We love George! He did an excellent job on our roof. Gave us really good advice on how to approach the job given we bought an older home, 10/10."

"Ever and his team did an amazing job on our large 3 story condo building in West Hollywood. His company was recommended after a previous contractor left the job in shambles. We had to find someone quickly to essentially start over and could not have been more lucky to find South Bay Stucco. The building is from the early 1980s and had a very outdated look. The stucco was cracking and the building was leaking. Ever and his team transformed the building into a modern marvel. It is now the best looking building on the street, and people regularly pass by and comment about how amazing it looks. They project consisted of removing wood siding and installing lathe and chicken wire on 40 or so balconies. Then the entire building, including all 40 balconies, and the walls and planters were all updated to beautiful Santa Barbara smooth stucco. This was a very difficult job as they needed to straighten out balconies and deal with a building that wasn't originally well crafted. Ever and his team were showed up every day as scheduled and they kept us well informed. You couldn't find a more pleasant company to work with. The team actually looked like the enjoyed doing their job. This project was a ton of work, and we are forever grateful we found South Bay Stucco."

"Very knowledgeable and professional, showed up on time, explained why the existing stucco had failed and what he was going to do to prevent that. He also got the critical part of the job (demo) done right away to prevent further damage from falling stucco, Did quality work."

"We have worked with Robert Cline on home improvement projects for at least 15 years. He is reliable, highly skilled, and his work is impeccable. He has done extensive siding replacements on our homes in Santa Ana and Altadena using fiber-cement products, including fire-hardening upgrades such as enclosed eaves and ember-proof vent installation. Robert is enjoyable to work with. He gets the job done efficiently and cleanly; his courteous team cleans up at the end of each day, minimizing impact on the job site. We highly recommend Robert Cline, First Rate Remodeling."

"Felipe and his painter were incredibly professional and made our house look even better than we could have imagined. He painted the entire exterior including the trim, detached garage, and metal bars over the window. Felipe was helpful throughout the project and provided insight that only comes with experience. He was prompt, friendly, and easy to work with. Felipe made sure to ask us questions throughout the project to ensure we were completely satisfied. We have used him in the past for other house projects and will continue to seek him out in the future!"
