"Erbs was incredible to work with from the very beginning to the finished product. Edwin and Kenny were great to talk to. They are knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and made us feel confident they were the ones for the job. A crew of three men came to tear off old siding and replace. They worked in the freezing cold and did not stop until the job was done. Kenny was there everyday checking on the progress and the workmanship. "I purchased a $99 "deal" that was supposed to cover a roof inspection and minor repairs.  Atlas completed the work within a month, which was reasonable considering the weather at that time.  After the initial inspection I received a quote for some major repairs.  To the best of my knowledge, no minor repairs were performed as a part of the "deal".  The $99 seemed to cover only the inspection.  We negotiated what work would be done and Atlas agreed to deduct the $99 from their quote.  The total cost ended up being $250.  Clancy was very nice and professional, and I'm satisfied with the work that was done.  However, at the time I was a little irritated and felt like this "deal" was misinterpreted or misrepresented.  Normally I would scratch Atlas off of my list because of the irritation factor, but they did do good work and were very professional.  I would consider getting quotes from them for future roofing work.

"Valentin Cerrato, Irma and his team did an excellent job on the original project I hired them to complete - some interior painting and scraping, sanding, painting and staining my home's front porch. They encountered some problems with previous drywall work but Valentin and Irma carefully explained the issue and proposed solutions. That same problem solving helped with staining the porch deck. All of that work was done quickly with high quality so I also hired Cerrato to scrape, sand and paint my garage. They are also working with me on a potential condo purchase, including some paint, flooring, tile, and tuckpointing work. They've delivered high quality work with a strong work ethic at a fair price and have my highest recommendation."
