"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We wanted a restucco that would completely change the color and texture of our house, as well as stuccoing over a big piece of wood siding in the front of our house which was beginning to be a problem.  Alvaro showed up for the estimate exactly when he said he would, and got back promply with an estimate.  He noticed an issue on the roof that needed attention, and recommended we get a roofer to address this before he proceed with stucco.  He came over while the roofers were here (on July 4th) to make sure they were doing everything that he needed done correctly.  We were delayed by rain, and a couple of issues popped up, but Alvaro kept us informed, and was a professional in every way.  His crew did a great job, and were as unobtrusive as a they could be.  I would not hesitate to recommend BluSky, and will call Alvaro in the future as needed.

"Bob Reule and his staff worked with me throughout the entire process, While I knew that the house needed new stucco and the color needed updating I was not certain of much else.  Bob and Jay, one of his staff, were extremely helpful and patient in helping me with color choices for the stucco and the trim.  As so often happens with older homes, as they progressed with the prep work, it became apparent that some other things also needed attention.  I ended up replacing three exterior doors in the back of the house prior to the re-stuccoing. As a result, the Reule staff had to coordinate their work with additional workmen. It required adjustments in scheduling, but they were very cooperative in doing so. Reule did the re-framing and installation of a new side side door in the garage, replacing an old weathered door.
A large bush had caused a great deal of damage to a yard wall. This caused misalignment of the side-gate and made securing of the gate difficult. Once the bush was removed, the men repaired the side wall and realigned the gate. The yard walls, bordering the front yard, were waist high and stucco. Due to time and weathering the stucco was in need of some cosmetic work.  Minor repairs were done, the stucco was patched and color match the house.
A stucco half wall, serving as a base for a long flower box, extended from a structural pillar near the front door along the entryway walk.  It had severe water damage and "imploded" down into the base. It was decided to remove that structure up to the pillar.
The structural pillar was just a few feet from the front door and had an open level portion under the eve.  Pigeons had begun to roost there and were making a mess.  After discussing the problem with the workmen, it was decided to extend the stucco up an additional few inches and eliminating the perching area. Problem solved (so far!).
The paint mixture designed to match the stucco color, turned out to not be an exact match for the garage doors and the trim around them.  It took a few attempts, but Jay kept working with it and was able to come up with a paint "recipe" that matched the stucco.
Jay and the workmen were always on time, did what they said that they would do (sometimes more) when they said they would do it, stayed on schedule, were courteous, easy to work with and very helpful. Bob stopped by intermittently to see how things were going, and was kept updated through Jay, as well. 
While this ended up as a much bigger undertaking than I had initially anticipated, everything that was done was long overdue and with an eye on resale one day. Everyone I dealt with at Ruele Sun Corp was incredibly helpful. Bob and Jay were a terrific help throughout the process.I love how my house now  looks and would readily recommend Ruele Sun Corp for re-stuccoing.

"I needed to get estimates for: repair/replace of my covered, backyard cement patio from years of sun damage (cracking and the top layer of the cement had come off leaving a rough stoney exterior); installation of a cement carport on the side of my driveway, and replacing a cracking cement front walkway. After going thorough the various names of contractors who handled concrete work on Angie's List and taking a lot of the time to read the reviews from each contractor, I decided to contact Advanced American Construction. The owner of the company, George, responded to my email within twenty-four hours, and we set up a time to meet at my house the next day. George came to my house at the designated time, and I showed him the areas for the work. George was helpful explaining to me that the backyard covered patio would need to be replaced because covering the sun damaged patio would not fix my problem and would only mask it. I had suspected as much. I was concerned about how his company would replace the patio without damaging the covered portion of the porch. He said they would put up support beams for the covered portion in order to remove the old cement patio. George measured the patio along with the areas for the carport and the walkway to the front door of my house. He gave me an approximate oral estimate (he also sent me a written estimate through Angie's List) for what it would cost for all of the work. His estimate was more than reasonable. After George had given me the original estimate, I started thinking of more cement work around my house that I could have installed and/or replaced. I decided to replace my complete driveway, have a cement sidewalk installed on the north side of my house that began from my carport to the back patio, and replace the public sidewalk in front of my house. George came out again at an agreed upon time, and did another estimate for the work I wanted. Again, I found it to be a more than reasonable price. I accepted the estimates and George set a time for the removal of the old cement and grooming of the area for the new cement work. The employees of Advanced American Construction appeared at the set time and date removed the old cement and groomed the area for the new cement portions I requested. The grooming and removal of cement occurred over two days. After removal of the cement patio, I was told that the original estimate for the patio would need to be increased by $300.00 (for additional cement) because the patio was twice as thick as it appeared when the estimate was given. It was, and I agreed to the increase. That was the only price increase from the original estimates. Also, an employee damaged the stucco on the north garage wall of my house with a small tractor while removing cement from the back patio The employee told me and also informed me that it would be fixed. George, the owner, obtained my house's stucco color and is to have it fixed in the next few days. The pouring of cement was such a big job that two separate cement trucks had to be brought out on two separate occasions. On both occasions, four employees showed up in the morning at the designated time and worked until the work was completed. The employees of Advanced American Construction who worked on my house were courteous, responsive to my concerns and professional. At the end of the job they cleaned up my property and removed debris from the work site. The cement at my house looks incredible! I have been stopped by eight people in my neighborhood asking me for the name of the company that did my driveway and carport. I am very happy I hired Advanced American Construction. The professionalism and workmanship of it's employees was consistent with the other reviews I had read about it on Angie's List."
