We don't have a big house so it was not a high price ticket for them, but we also wanted good windows, tempered glass, energy efficient, and a finished look outside for our new Hardy Board cement siding.  They are the only ones who listened to what we wanted instead of sell us what they wanted.  Installation was quick, efficient, professional, like we were an important client.  We love our new windows.  We are going to put in a new garage door soon,  called them. "Richards Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago, and did a good job. At some point, we began very occasionally hearing a rattling noise from up in the attic during windy periods. It was very rare, but it eventually seemed like it might be coming from the roof. I called Richards Roofing, and they came out the next morning. They did a thorough investigation (including going up on the roof with a blower) and thought it might be a gutter cover that was causing the noise. For now, we pulled the gutter cover to see if that fixes it. My main point is that 18 months after the job, they came straight out no questions asked to look into a reported problem. Based on that, I would definitely use again and recommend them to others."
