"Responded immediately and was sensitive to our needs. We had an open hole in the side of our house and rain expected in 48 hours. David got out here the day after we talked and showed up early and was cleaned up and gone my mid morning. Did a great job!"

"Mark & Rick went "above & beyond" to beautify my home with vinyl siding and a new garden window. They were dependable and competent. Their clean-up was excellent. Artistic Exteriors is more than welcome to use my as a reference. Chris P. - Montclair, CA"

"It took 3 hours to get an estimate. The salesman kept pressing for information about how much money I could put as a down payment. I only got an estimate after I threatened to leave. The total cost was very high. The person who called to schedule the salesman appointment was very pushy about windows and siding. About a week after my conversation with the salesman, a person called from DaBella and asked for a review of my experience. I finally hung up in exasperation. I have had other estimates from roofers who were able to be simple and direct. Price was a secondary factor in rejecting the company. I value simple, honest, direct people who are interested in getting me what I need and don't push."

"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

"Very quick response, thorough explanation of what would be required to repair a double French door and jamb. His work was done professionally and the price was more than reasonable."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"Mr. Dansby came out a day after I found him on Home Advisor to give me an estimate. He couldn't be nicer. He and Alex, who helped him, were efficient and did an excellent job. As a senior citizen, I couldn't be more pleased. I will hire him again. They actually finished a day early."

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."

"They were great. Honest, patient and prompt. Tommy's office called me first thing on a holiday morning and scheduled him to come out. They were nice and professional. Tommy came out right away and was great. He took moisture readings throughout the house. He told us what our contractor could do to stop any further damage. He said there was not much more he could do - that we were already doing everything possible. He told us the damage that had been done had already been done and that anything else would be a waste of money. He said we should reassess if there was any mold in a few weeks. His honesty was refreshing. His patient explanations were very much appreciated."
