"I hired Joe to replace my deck boards with a composite. First he gave me a quote for complete deck replace including railings. The price dropped by half for just deck boards. I pointed out some dry rot and price went up 1k. As he started work more and more dry rot was found. He gave me a flat price to replace all dry rot. That final price was half way between the two original quotes. He kept finding more dry rot and he spent a lot of time leveling the deck. So it was probably correctly priced. All the dry rot and leveling added 2 days. The end product looks god. There are still some oddities but this is due to how uneven the original deck was. My two complaints would be they marked lines on the boards with pencil that did not come out. I had to get an eraser and spent a few hours erasing the lines. On a wood deck stain would have covered it. Last complaint is many boards have no space between them. The water may drain better if the gaps were better. On a plus side after work was completed he did come back to plug a screw hole that did not have a screw."

"They always arrive on time or a little early, which I LOVE.  They get right to work and are personable and professional and friendly.  I have had a problem for years with my garage flooding in heavy rain.  The property sends water around the side of my yard and it backs up against said door, warping it and leaking under it into the garage.  Every time it rains any significant amount, I have to run out to the garage & move anything that will be harmed by water (boxes, etc.).  So, I had them raise the door and configure a sill the is 1" or a little more, which is just enough to send the water under the fence right next to the door.  Problem solved!  The job looks great and I will say they do know what they're doing with doors.  I've had them replace interior doors before, so I knew that.  Nice job!  Then they took out my old, leaking water heater & installed the new one I purchased, adding a pan under it and very heavy earthquake straps.  Lastly, they checked out my roof leak, which turned out to be a vent that had been installed by someone else a few years ago that had never been sealed, so that when it rains it runs down the pipe into my heater closet.  It only entailed getting on the roof & sealing around the vent, but it was just one more of those things that needed to be done.  I'm so happy with the work and the workers, and relieved to have the job done painlessly (for me!).  They always clean up well and haul away all debris.  You can't even tell they've been there most times!  I highly recommend this company."

"I scheduled Felipe on a day that I had time off work, and he was able to honor that day and show up to do the work. He even picked up the large wood siding pieces from Home Depot for me. He is a hard worker, and as the day was ending, he noticed that one of the panels was not fitting to his liking. He asked if he could come back to redo it to a higher standard. I wasn't available the next day, but he scheduled for a day that worked, and then he came and fixed the issues and completed the job, with no extra charge from his original quote. Rare to find somebody who is so committed to their work, and getting it right for the customer without over-charging!"
