"Went well. The technician troubleshot the failure and found the damper mechanism had failed. He removed the unit and forced the baffle to the fully open position to give me some cooling to the refrigerator side until the replacement came in. The technician returned with the part, replaced it, and performed a functional test. We were well please with his service."

"I went amazing they made the process so easy and got my fence done in a reasonable time for a reasonable price I would use them again for more projects."

"Phenomenal job. He inspected my roof. He worked with the insurance company. Dependable, trustworthy throughout the replacement of the roof. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone that wants a fair and trustworthy assessment of your roof. And the people he has to replace your roof are dependable people that do a great job. You can totally trust him."

"Could not ask for better response or service! Larry was prompt in returning my initial call and prompt and efficient with the services he provided! He fixed some sagging wooden gates, repaired vinyl siding on my garage door, and landscaped 2 flower beds. Reliable indeed describes his business. Excellent results!"

"I had the fireplace doctors come out to see if my chimney had cracks in it because my roof was leaking.  They told me that the chimney looked fine but my old cap may be the cause.  They would have charged me 75 dollars just to come out and tell me the chimney looked fine or I could put that money toward the new $500 chimney cap.  I agreed to the new chimney cap, he took measurements and put my order in.  A couple of weeks later he came to put the cap on but it was too small and decided to hammer it in place which bent up the cap on one corner.  A couple of months later I noticed that the caulking had come undone around the flue and was dripping water which traveled down my rafter to the attic.  In their defense, it was a very hot summer so maybe the caulk melted...but still.  I called them and said I wanted the cap replaced.  They came out and took measurements again and had to fabricate the new cap which takes a couple of weeks.  After not hearing from them for about a month I had to call and inquire of the whereabouts of my cap.  Its really not easy getting a hold of them sometimes.  They have a call center in Florida so I guess its not necessarily the owners fault.  Anyway, after a couple days of back and forth they set up an appointment to come install the cap.  This time it was a little too big but that's ok.  A couple of weeks ago we had really strong winds in our area and I heard a lot of banging coming from the chimney.  I went up a couple of days later and saw that the flue had came loose in the cap and was banging from side to side.  There were only two screws to hold it in place and when it blew too far to one side, it came loose from the screw and then it blew to the other side and came loose from the other screw.  I tried to put the screws in myself but they came out a couple of days later.  So I called again, explained the problem and they set up an appointment to fix it.  I wasn't at home on the day of the appointment because I'm not going to take off 3 or 5 hours of work so they can do a 10 minute job.  I called the next day to see if they came out and the man on the phone said they did.  That evening I went on the roof to see if it was fixed and it was not.  I called again and played phone tag again for a couple of days and now they are supposed to come out tomorrow.  At least they try to get around to fixing it, ill give them that, but overall the experience hasn't been good.

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.

"We contacted them and they came over and gave a price.  We accepted and less than a week later, the area was painted and done nicely."

"okay. Only disappointment is these home warranty services do not work on Sundays. When you have a serious issue it does not help that they do not respond on Sundays."
