"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Submitted the online request on Wednesday evening around 7:00 p.m. Immediately received the follow up email that they were finding a technician in the area to take the case. The following morning by 0900 a.m. I received a call stating they had found a technician and the company would call me. Tempco Heating and Air (serviced me for central air unit over the summer) responded that they wanted to come out as soon as I could have them out. Wife was home, they came out, we paid our $45 service fee (47 with tax?) and they diagnosed the problem (which I already knew what the issue was) and said they would submit their findings and get authorization from Choice Home Warranty. They approved it and the house was heated by the time I came home from work. No Mess, No Fuss Happy Wife/Happy Life. Thank you for the service. Side note: had another Home Warranty Service before Choice, service fee was double the amount, cost was over 50% more for Warranty. I originally called for a years quote, they offered a better price for multiple years. I ended up with a 6 year coverage for our duplex for $2500.00. Well worth the headache free service!!!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
